How can I stop leaks from happening overnight?

A super-absorbent undergarment that won’t leak, brief or pull-on, is the first step to effective overnight protection. Our Overnight Diapers have very high absorption capacity, twice as much as most diapers available in the marketplace that claim to be suited for overnight use. Plus our diapers are gel based: they use a special material that absorbs fluids fast and seals them in a specially designed chamber that will not leak or break, keeping the skin dry for up to 12 hours.

How long will a box of 48 pcs. last?

It will depend on the condition of the user. If you use 1 diaper during the night and one during the day the box will last 3+ weeks. Our experience indicates that bladder control may get better during the day if the user is dry overnight, if that is the case then the box may last for one month or more.

How do I know which size I need?

If you are using diapers right now, our standard sizes will match the size you are using currently. By example if you are using L size, right now our L size will fit you perfectly.

If this is the first time you will use the diapers, Size M will fit waist size between 28 and 44 inches, Size L will fit waist size between 40 and 60 inches, Size XL will fit waist size between 44 and 64 inches, and size XXL will fit waist size between 48 and 68 inches.

What is the largest size available?

Our largest size is XXL fitting a waist/hips between 48 and 68 inches.

How much is the cost of shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING to LA, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties. For shipping to other locations freight charges will be calculated at check out by the website

When will I receive my order?

Our orders are normally shipped the next working day after received, and if you live in LA, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino or Ventura Counties, usually you will receive the package the next day after being shipped.

If you live outside the Counties mentioned above, delivery may take 2 to 5 working days after shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery times as there may be delays due to a variety of causes beyond our control.

How can I order?

You can order in the website or by phone. If ordering thru the website you need to register first, you have to enter your email and we will email you a temporary password that you will use to register.

First you will enter your name and address info plus phone number for billing and shipping, then you will go to “account info” and change your password to one easy to remember and then go to the “go shop” or “product” page and add the desired product to the cart.

Then go to the “cart” and proceed to “check out” and the sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and you will be able to pay using either PayPal or Authorize.net.

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return or exchange any unopened items, we will gladly exchange them for any other size needed or refund your money, less shipping costs.

We are unable to accept returns of any opened items due to sanitary reasons. However, we can accept returns for all the unopened bags from the box you purchased and will refund a prorated amount of the case price accordingly.

Refunds will be credited using the same form of payment used by you when placing the order.

You will be responsible for the freight charges for the return or you can deliver yourself to our warehouse if a local customer to save those freight charges.

How are you going to deliver my order?

We ship mostly via UPS ground, however we may select other carriers at any given time.

Do I need to be present to sign for my order?

No you don’t need to be there. The UPS driver will leave the box at your door if no one is there.

What are my payment options?

We take all major credit cards online or by phone. Online you have the option of paying using PayPal or Authorize.net which is the secure payment portal of JPMorgan Chase Bank.

Do you take insurance, Medicare or Medical?

No we do not.  You should check with your insurance company to find out whether they provide coverage. If they do, then it will be your responsibility to submit the claim and request reimbursement from the insurance company.

Do you have a store or are you online only?

Our office and warehouse are located in Garden Grove, CA. We do not have a retail store; however local customers are welcome to pick orders up from 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. For warehouse pickup you will need to make an appointment the day before the pick up by calling (844)484-4447.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes, call us and just pay $5.95 for shipping and handling and we will mail you one. Local customers can stop at the warehouse from 10am to 4pm and pick a free sample by making an appointment the day before by calling (844)484-4447.
